As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, it is essential that we remain vigilant in ensuring that we are complying with all state regulations related to preventing the spread. Even if you are young, or otherwise healthy, you are at risk and your activities can increase the risk for others.

Let’s do our part to #FlattenTheCurve.

NATIONAL COALITION OF 100 BLACK WOMEN, INC. - PENNSYLVANIA CHAPTER ANNOUNCES NEW DATE FOR THE 34TH ANNUAL MADAM CJ WALKER
AWARDS LUNCHEON & ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT SEMINAR

The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc - Pennsylvania Chapter (NC100BW-PA) is excited to announce the new date for the 34th Annual Madam CJ Walker Awards Luncheon & Economic Empowerment Seminar, which will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 at the Sheraton Philadelphia Hotel (formerly Philadelphia 201 Hotel) located at 201 N 17th Street in Philadelphia, PA.

All tickets previously purchased will be honored for our new date, and while we are not able to provide refunds at this time, a ticket exchange is possible if you would like to donate or give your ticket to someone else who is interested in attending. For individuals who have not purchased a ticket but would like to attend, ticket sales will reopen in June.

Although we have determined a new date for our event, the safety of our guests is paramount. Therefore, we will continue to closely monitor the COVID-19 global crisis and will be following government guidelines related to in-person gatherings.

There will be a separate communication sent to all ticket holders and event participants closer to the new event date outlining any new procedures that may be implemented, in order to ensure we are following safety guidelines.

As of today, we are asking that you please mark your calendars and save the new date for September 26th. We look forward to welcoming all of our guests, sponsors, members, speakers, vendors, and all of our scholarship and MCJW award finalists to the 34th Annual event.

We are praying that everyone stays safe and maintains great health in the days and weeks to come as we all prepare and look forward to meeting again in the fall.

Warmest Regards,

Latifah K. Fields, President
National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. – Pennsylvania Chapter
