The primary goal of our Education Program is to empower young girls and women through education in key areas such as Economic Empowerment, Health, Public Policy, and other issues impacting women. We achieve this through mentoring, educational workshops, seminars, and scholarships.

The goal of our Economic Empowerment Program is to educate and provide young girls and women with the tools and opportunities to succeed in the world from a position of economic strength. We implement this through educational workshops, seminars, grants, and awards. 

Our success starts with our health, which is why we are dedicated to educating Black women and girls about the health issues and disparities that affect them. We achieve this through educational workshops, health challenges, awareness campaigns, and seminars.

Public policy and community affairs have a significant impact on African American women and girls. Our goal is to educate, empower, and influence legislation to drive meaningful change. Public policy is a central focus of our programming. We implement these objectives through voting drives, educational workshops and seminars, and advocacy efforts such as petitions, white papers, and government testimonies.
